Creative Wheaton supported the Wheels in Wheaton Placemaking event on Saturday and Sunday May 31 and June 1, 2025. We sponsored a fun mini chalk plaza. It was a great success with a steady flow of artists young and old. The Placemaking event was hosted by The Montgomery County Planning Department in coordination with the Wheaton Urban District and the annual Taste of Wheaton on June 1st. The chalk plaza became a resting place for parents and a great attraction for young artists as well as older ones who added messages ranging from team support to being in love.
